How to maintain healthy habits in 2025

I am a healthier version of myself when living a sustainable lifestyle, prioritising whole-food, plant-based nourishment. You can live well to become a greater leader. Here are some ways to achieve continuity in your lifestyle habits.

Find like-minded people

Connect with people who take action for personal development and healthy living. Online communities are a great place to start. Then, you can join or create local groups.

Focus on your purpose and goals.

You know why you want to live a healthy lifestyle. You may want to lose weight, have more energy, feel better, aim for longevity, or align with sustainable and ethical values. These goals can serve your higher purpose of achieving more in your day, looking and feeling more confident, creating more value over time, and showing up with higher energy for the people you care about. These motives will give you a reason to continue a sustainable change.

Continuously educate yourself

When you consistently learn more about wellness and leadership, you can implement more innovative solutions for yourself and keep this goal top-of-mind. You can also remind yourself about what to do and why.

Prepare and simplify

Life is busy. You can integrate healthy options into your daily routines without consuming too much time.

Try meal prep or a meal plan. I like to pre-make components of meals so I can enjoy different combinations and flavours with the same ingredients.

Get food online

Order your food online to reduce your shopping time. You can get deliveries of produce boxes, pre-made healthy meals, supermarket groceries, foods from Amazon, and specialty items from online health or organic stores. You can still shop, but online orders will reduce the time you spend finding and buying products in-store.

Make it fun

Nourishing foods can be enjoyable. You can experiment with healthy flavours such as low-salt seasonings. As you adjust, you may grow to appreciate the tastes of natural whole foods, and they should become your new normal.

Forgive yourself

Don’t dwell on guilt and shame about your treat days and phases of slipping into unhealthy habits. Get back to what you know is right. Find someone who is willing to keep you positively accountable if you need extra support.
